1. The service
Versehaven provides Bible reading, study tools, Christian literature and optional AI-assisted research. Features depend on availability, your membership and an internet connection. Published texts retain their stated editions, sources and licenses. AI output is generated commentary, not a published Bible translation, and can contain errors; check claims against the cited sources.
2. Your account
Provide accurate account information, protect your password and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. You must have legal capacity to enter these terms, or appropriate permission where applicable. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.
3. Membership and payments
The checkout shows the price, currency, billing interval and applicable terms before purchase. Recurring subscriptions renew until canceled. Android purchases use Google Play billing; website purchases use the provider shown at checkout. Your existing membership can be accessed by signing in with the same Versehaven account.
Cancel through the provider that billed you to stop future renewals. Cancellation normally preserves access until the end of the paid period. Uninstalling the app or deleting your account does not cancel billing. Failed, reversed or refunded payments may end the access funded by that payment.
4. Refunds
Our refund policy offers a full refund when requested within 14 calendar days of a purchase or renewal charge. Contact [email protected] with your account email and purchase reference; never send card details or passwords. Purchases processed by Google Play are handled through the store’s applicable refund procedures. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.
5. Responsible use and content
Do not share unauthorized access, bypass membership controls, disrupt the service, attempt to access another person’s data or use the service unlawfully. Source licenses and attribution notices apply to published material. A membership does not transfer ownership of Versehaven software, branding or third-party works.
You retain rights to content you create. You authorize us to process it as necessary to provide the features you use. Our Privacy Policy explains how account, study and payment information is handled.
6. Availability and account closure
We may maintain, update or change features and may restrict accounts for abuse or a material breach of these terms. We will provide notice where appropriate and required by law. You can request account deletion using our deletion instructions. Service interruptions and errors may occur; any limitations remain subject to applicable consumer protections.
7. Changes and support
